I settled in the Tampa Bay area after retiring from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer and Senior Aviator. I am the Broker Owner of a full service, independently owned and operated real estate brokerage. We do sales and property management for both residential and commercial properties. I am the managing member of a fix and flip firm-Young Investments LLC, and co-owner of a local title company-Veteran's Escrow and Title Services LLC. I have a master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and graduated with honors from both universities. I have been licensed and worked in many aspects of the real estate industry for over 29 years, which includes real estate sales, property management, rehab investment, and 5+ years in mortgage loan origination. I received a real estate sales license in 1993 and received a Broker’s license then opened International Realty Plus, in 2001. My volunteer leadership roles included being the 2016 President of the Central Pasco Association of Realtors, and President of the Tampa Bay Area chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) in 2015. I serve on the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors Professional Standards and Ethics committee (for over 20 years) which hears ethics complaints, and arbitrates commission disputes between Realtors.
